Getting it right first time – and every time after that
Whether travelling to the city on business or for pleasure, everyone coming here shares the same desire: That your stay is as perfect as possible. Perhaps your time is limited or it is hard to get a clear picture of the city in all its greatness. Personal assistance certainly proves helpful here when trying to find the right places and opportunities that the city offers. We are there to ensure that everything goes right for you, and that not just once but every time you visit Cologne. We are delighted to provide all the advice and assistance you require.
Both during your stay at our hotel and beyond that as well, we fulfil your personal wishes and arrange a programme tailored to your individual needs. Our assistance here goes far beyond a standard city service, ensuring that your event or the cultural life in Cologne becomes a truly unique experience for you.
Here are a just a few examples of what we can arrange for you. And of course we can also get tickets to all the latest cultural events and organise an individual programme for you. As we said: Just ask us.
