Full-day Package

• A conference room appropriate to the number of people attending, including standard equipment
• 2 coffee breaks including coffee, tea and biscuits
• Business lunch, two-course menu including 1 soft drink per person
• 2 soft drinks per person in the room
€27.00 per person per day for events of ten or more people
€31.00 per person per day for events of ten or fewer people

Half-day Package
• A conference room appropriate to the number of people attending, including standard equipment
• 1 coffee breaks including coffee, tea and biscuits
• Business lunch, two-course menu including 1 soft drink per person
• 1 soft drinks per person in the room
€21.00 per person per day for events of ten or more people
€25.00 per person per day for events of ten or fewer people

For an additional charge of €5.00 per person our conference packages can be supplemented with a welcome coffee and snack at the start of the event. The standard equipment in the conference packages consists of a screen, a flipchart and a pin board. All additional technical equipment ranging from TV/video facilities to microphones and a lectern through to data and video projectors can be arranged at an additional cost. As an alternative to the packages, you can of course book the conference room and catering separately. We are delighted to provide a culinary menu in accordance with your wishes. The cuisine ranges from cold open sandwiches at €2.00 each to a buffet with hot and cold snacks for approx. €19.00 per person through to a selection of finger foods at €2.00 per item – the choice is yours.
