Sub-point Conference Price Packages

For events with 10 or more people, conference packages can be booked. These packages offer two immediate advantages: Firstly, all food and beverage requirements are matched perfectly to your conference and, secondly, no rental fee is charged for the conference room. Based on our experience, we have created three different conference packages. However we are of course happy at all times to arrange a tailored conference package for your specific requirements.

Our standard conference packages are as follows:

Basic Conference Package

•    2 coffee breaks including coffee, tea and biscuits
•    One-course meal (main course)
•    1 soft drink in the room during the conference
•    €37.50 per person, full day
•    €33.30 per person, half day (up to 4 hours) without the 2nd coffee break
 
Comfort Conference Package

•    2 coffee breaks including coffee, tea and biscuits and a snack of choice during breaks
•    Lunch buffet or 3-course meal (chef's recommendation) including one soft drink of choice
•    2 soft drinks in the room during the conference
•    €56.50 per person, full day
•    €50.50 per person, half day (up to 4 hours) without the 2nd coffee break
 
Deluxe Conference Package

•    Welcome coffee
•    2 coffee breaks including coffee, tea and biscuits and a snack of choice during breaks
•    Lunch buffet or 3-course meal (chef's recommendation) including one soft drink of choice and an after meal coffee
•    Unlimited soft drinks in the room during the conference
•    1 data and video projector during the event
•    €67.50 per person, full day
•    €61.50 per person, half day (up to 4 hours) without the 2nd coffee break

The standard equipment in the conference package includes one screen, one flipchart and one pin board. All additional technical equipment ranging from TV/video facilities to microphones and a lectern through to data and video projectors can be arranged at an additional cost.
