There is free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building. The network name is “Alexander Plaza“. Log in using your last name and room number.

Our breakfast is served every morning on the ground floor.
Please let us know if you would like additional egg dishes or coffee specialities.

Sauna & Fitness
Our sauna is located in the basement. We will be happy to turn on the sauna for you (€11 per person/day). So that we can prepare the optimal heating temperature for you, please let us know at reception approximately 30 minutes before you would like to use the sauna.
Our fitness area is located on the ground floor in meeting room 2, to the left of the breakfast room. You can use the fitness area free of charge.
SERVICE
Cancel the next room cleaning
(Please note: you must make your selection by 8 pm the previous day)
Rooms are cleaned after every night.
If you would like a change of towels when your room is cleaned, please place the towels on the floor.
We will donate EUR 2 to the Jona Foundation for every cancelled room clean. Further information >>
PILLOW SELECTION
Sleeping comfort according to your wishes
To ensure you enjoy a particularly restful night’s sleep, we offer you a selection of individual pillows.
Choose the pillow that suits your personal needs and preferences for your stay.
The selection includes neck support pillows, lavender, pine, spelt and cherry pit pillows.

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel.
We ask for your understanding that smoking is not allowed in public areas or in any of the rooms.
In case of violations of the smoking ban, we charge a cleaning fee of EUR 450. Please enjoy your cigarette in front of the hotel.

Arival and departure
The reserved room is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
We ask that you leave the room by 11 am on the day of departure. You can simply deposit your key
card by the entrance. Your bill will be sent automatically by e-mail. Please let us know in advance if you plan to depart later.

Emergency stairs/exits
Please refer to the site map on the inside of your room’s door. You can exit the hotel from every floor via the marked stairs.
The elevator should not be used under any circumstances. Please take care to study the EMERGENCY ESCAPE ROUTE INFORMATON on your room’s door. The emergency stairs should only be used in case of an evacuation. Emergency exit routes are marked with green backlit pictograms, in accordance with international standards.
Extra bed
Depending on your room type, we can provide an extra bed for a fee (EUR 60).

You can set the temperature in your room individually.

You can access the internet throughout the hotel via high-speed Wi-Fi.

Subject to availability, you can also use a space in our underground car park for EUR 27/night. It is not possible to make a firm reservation.

If you have forgotten your toothbrush, toothpaste or razor, we are happy to provide replacements. Other personal care items are also available, in case you don’t find them in your room.

Sauna
To enable us to prepare the optimal heating temperature for you, please notify reception approximately 30 minutes before you wish to use the sauna.
Our sauna is available daily until 11 p.m. The sauna package costs £11 per person/day. A sufficient number of towels are available in the sauna area.
Self-check-out
Please enter your name and your arrival and departure dates. Please check the items listed on the invoice carefully and adjust the billing address if necessary. If there are any outstanding items to be paid, please have your debit or credit card ready. Confirm the payment and follow the instructions on the EC terminal. Once the payment has been successfully completed, please confirm your check-out. The invoice will then be sent to the email address you provided. If you encounter any problems or notice any incorrect items on the invoice, please speak to our reception team.
