Our sauna and fitness area is on the lower ground floor. We are happy to switch on the sauna for you (EUR 9 per person/day, depending on availability). Reach out to one of our team members. Construction phase Hochschule Musik und Tanz
We would like to inform you about the current construction site in our vicinity, which may temporarily cause inconvenience.
The structural work has been completed, and the new building is nearing completion. Apart from the existing road closure, there is hardly anything left to see of the construction site – instead, the modern new University of Music and Dance is already shaping the landscape. Currently, only the final finishing touches are being carried out. We expect the project to be completed in the foreseeable future.

Cancel the next room cleaning
(Please note: you must make your selection by 8 pm the previous day)
Rooms are cleaned after every 2nd night.
If you would like a change of towels when your room is cleaned, please place the towels on the floor.
We will donate EUR 2 to the Jona Foundation for every cancelled room clean. Further information >>

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel.
We ask for your understanding that smoking is not allowed in public areas or in any of the rooms.
In case of violations of the smoking ban, we charge a cleaning fee of EUR 450. Please enjoy your cigarette in front of the hotel.

Emergency stairs/exits
Please refer to the site map on the inside of your room’s door. You can exit the hotel via the stairs from every floor. Please take care to study the EMERGENCY ESCAPE ROUTE INFORMATON on your room’s door. Emergency exit routes are marked with green backlit pictograms, in accordance with international standards.

Our guests can use the underground car park at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz (University of Music and Dance) Cologne, subject to availability. Fee: EUR 20 per night. Open daily from 7 am – 10 pm.
However, please note:
Due to current construction work, only part of the underground car park is accessible, which could result in limited availability between 9 am and 5 pm on weekdays. We therefore recommend that, where possible, you arrive outside peak hours. Our sauna is available daily from 8 am to 9.30 pm. The sauna package costs €9.50 per person/day. A sufficient number of towels are available in the sauna area.

Sewing sets are available from reception on request.
Self check-out at our terminal
Please enter your name. along with your arrival and departure dates, and confirm the search. Check the items listed on your bill carefully and adjust the billing address if necessary. If your bill has not been fully paid, please have your debit or credit card ready. Confirm the payment and follow the instructions on the card terminal. Once the payment has gone through, confirm your check out. The invoice will then be sent to the email address you provided. If there is an issue, or if your bill is incorrect, please speak to our team at reception. Sightseeing
Most of Cologne’s sights are in the immediate vicinity of our hotel. They include Cologne Cathedral, Cologne Zoo, Hohenzollernbrücke and the city’s renowned old town. You can reach them all from the Rhine promenade, on foot, with an electric scooter or using bike sharing. Please let us know if you have any questions, or for our tips.
