The man behind Restaurant Augustin, Eric Werner is a truly passionate chef who loves his craft. Since 2011 he has received numerous accolades in the Michelin and Gault Millau guides.
In 2019 he opened his restaurant astrein → in Cologne. It was an immediate success and received its first Michelin → star less than a year after opening.
