For me that means achieving goals and seeing the way there as part of the process. That requires consistency, patience and a calm approach, while always focusing on your aim and working towards it.
Being happy and enjoying yourself, no matter what you are doing, is the real path to success. That is what I want for my team, for all our guests, and of course for myself.

I am Jens Meißner and have been the Area General Manager for the Classik Hotel Alexander Plaza, Classik Hotel Hackescher Markt and Classik Business Space since 1 July 2024. All in Germany’s most dynamic city, Berlin.

My career has taken me to Munich, Cologne and Düsseldorf. For the last 14 years I have had the privilege of working as a General Manager in beautiful Berlin.

I enjoy coming to work at the Classik Hotel Alexander Plaza and Classik Hotel Hackescher Markt each morning because I look forward to seeing happy guests, whose faces the team has lit up with a smile and who will always have fond memories of Berlin.
