Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt mit super Zimmer Blick auf den Fernsehturm. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schöne große Zimmer. Kleiner Tipp bei uns im Zimmer waren leider sehr viele Flecken auf der Gardine die könnte man entfernen ansonsten würden wir wieder kommen.

We stayed at the Classik Alexander Berlin hotel for three nights in one of their suites, and the experience was excellent. The location, close to Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt, was ideal for exploring the city and accessing key attractions.The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was of a high standard, offering a wide selection and was regularly replenished.There is a small charge of 11 euros to use the sauna.I would highly recommend this hotel, particularly the suites, to anyone visiting Berlin.

Perfect location for a visit to Berlin, 5 minutes walk from an S and a U station, direct link to main railway station and Berlin airport (35 mins). Plenty of cafes restaurants in the area. Upgraded to a prestige room and was totally worth it. Staff very friendly and helpful, nice bar area, would recommend.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Classic Hotel Alexander Plaza in Berlin. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, die Betten sehr bequem und alles ist ausgesprochen sauber.Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das reichhaltige und leckere Frühstück.Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Auch die allgemeinen Räume sind sehr ansprechend gestaltet und laden zum Verweilen ein.Das Frühstück war wirklich gut – vielfältig, hochwertig und besonders positiv: es gibt glutenfreie Optionen, was nicht selbstverständlich ist und einen echten Mehrwert bietet.Auch die Tagungsräume sind gut ausgestattet und eignen sich hervorragend für Meetings oder Veranstaltungen.Insgesamt ein sehr gelungenes Gesamtpaket aus Komfort, Service und Ausstattung – 5 Sterne und eine klare Empfehlung!

Cèntric, pràctic i amb unes instal·lacions impecables, destaca sobretot per la seva neteja i cuidat fins al més mínim detall.El tracte de tot l’equip és de 10, però vull fer una menció especial al recepcionista dels esmorzars: atent, detallista i sempre pendent que no et falti res. D’aquelles persones que marquen la diferència.Els esmorzars són molt complets i de gran qualitat, amb l’opció d’ous ferrats o truites fetes al moment, al teu gust — un detall que eleva molt l’experiència.I el hall… simplement encantador. T’hi reben sempre amb un somriure d’orella a orella i petits detalls que s’agraeixen molt, com l’aigua amb menta i les llaminadures.Un hotel molt recomanable que et fa sentir ben cuidat des del primer moment

Had another fabulous stay at this hotel. I stayed in suite 306 and this room is truly wonderful, very spacious and luxurious. My son stayed in a deluxe double room the first room was too hot so on the second night they moved him to another room which was perfect. The hotel is very well located for all the sights at Museum Island and the surrounding area. There are also lots of good restaurants in the area and is near to the train station to go to other areas like Potsdam to see the Palaces. This hotel is well worth staying at for a city break to Berlin.

Wir sind absolut begeistert vom Classik Hotel Alexander Plaza, unser bester Aufenthalt in Berlin! Im Gegensatz zu manchen älteren negativen Rezensionen hatten wir keinerlei Probleme, alles lief reibungslos und top.Lage: Unsere Traumlage! In der ruhigen, charmanten Rosenstraße mitten in Mitte, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Alexanderplatz, Hackeschen Markt, Museumsinsel, Humboldt Forum und Nikolaiviertel. Alles super erreichbar, fast ohne ÖPNV. Direkt nebenan oder um die Ecke praktische Geschäfte wie DM und Rewe – ideal für spontane Einkäufe. Zentral, lebendig und abends trotzdem ruhig!Zimmer & Komfort: Das Zimmer war blitzsauber, mit einem wunderschön modernen Bad (große Regendusche, alles top gepflegt und hygienisch). Die Betten sind der Hammer – extrem bequem, beste Matratze und Kissen ever! Man schläft wie ein Stein und wacht erholt auf.Heizung: Kein Problem wie in alten Rezensionen, eher das Gegenteil: Es war kuschelig warm.Aufzug: Der Aufzug ist modern und neu, keine Probleme wie in alten Rezensionen.Check-in: Herzlicher Empfang mit Sekt, frischem Saft und einer Candy Bar zur freien Bedienung, das kenne ich so bei keinem 4 Sterne Hotel! Alles in gemütlicher Atrium Atmosphäre. Perfekte Lage fußläufig zur Museumsinsel und mit guter S-Bahn-Anbindung. Geräumige und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer (und ich habe sogar noch ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen :D). Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls reichhaltig und lecker.

Ich übernachte beruflich regelmäßig in Berlin und habe schon viele Hotels durch. Das Alexander Plaza ist das, in das ich immer wieder gerne zurückkehre.Der Hauptgrund: Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, und das ist nicht einfach so dahergesagt. Man merkt, dass hier Gastfreundschaft gelebt wird. Das Frühstück hat eine angenehm entspannte Atmosphäre, der Küchenchef ist stets präsent und achtet darauf, dass alles stimmt. Dazu die Lage direkt an den Hackeschen Höfen, die für mich wirklich unschlagbar ist. Die Zimmer sind zeitgemäß und sauber.Ist alles perfekt? Nein. Aber das muss es für meinen Geschmack auch nicht. Das Hotel hat Stil, Niveau und punktet in allem, was wirklich zählt.

Harika bir lokasyon. Heryere yürüme ve toplu taşıma kullanma imkanı var. Alışveriş mekanları, restaurant ve müzelere ulaşım çok kolay. Otel temiz, odalar gayet yeterli, temiz, hergün temizlik yapılıyor. Yerlerin halı olmaması ve tavan yüksekliği çok iyi. Biz kahvaltı almadık, hergün başka yerde kahvaltı imkanı var, ama kahvaltısı da yeterli görünüyordu. Bir daha gelirsek kesinlikle kalacağımız ve soranlara tavsiye edeceğimiz bir otel. Tek sıkıntı internet bağlantısı hiç olmadı çalışmıyor kaldığımız süre boyunca neredeyse hiç kullanamadık. Umarım bu konuyu çözerler

Top Lage! Viel ist fußläufig erreichbar. U-/S- und Bus-Haltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Reichhaltiges und wohlschmeckendes Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmergröße ist überdurchschnittlich. Unser Zimmer war bereits etwas "abgewohnt", aber sehr sauber und ordentlich. - Es passte auch so!

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im Alexanderplaza sehr genossen. Angefangen bei den freundlichen und äußerst hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern, über das hübsche Zimmer mit bequemem Bett, das mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man sich für einen entspannten Aufenthalt wünscht. Das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen, genau so wie die Bar 🙂 Hervorzuheben ist die tolle Auswahl an absolut köstlichem glutenfreien Brot und veganen Aufstrichen. Die Lage ist perfekt und auch wenn der BVG einmal streikt, super angebunden.

Great location for attractions and very close to public transport. Friendly and helpful staff made us feel so welcome. Breakfast selection was very good.Our room was large, spotlessly clean with a huge bed that was so comfortable I forgot where I was!.I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Buonissima struttura, camera spaziosa, pulita, moderna, confortevole, con frigo bar, bollitore. Grande vetrata sulla strada che illumina la stanza, buona schermatura con tenda per la notte. Bagno ben attrezzato con asciugacapelli, set cortesia e ampia doccia. Presente anche una piccola spa con sauna e bagno turco. Disponibile posteggio coperto. Ottimo e ben fornito bar per consumazioni al bsnvone o al tavolo. Colazione con prodotti di qualità e freschi, anche preparati al momento su richiesta.

I unfortunately did not record the name of the person who welcomed us but it has been some years since we have experienced such a great start! Excellent check in service, with sparkling wine for good measure! Rooms very clean and spacious, good choice of coffee/tea and well stocked mini bar, reasonable prices (although we didn't use the mini bar) Nice clean modern bathroom, with good water pressure from the shower.Breakfast very good, with very friendly and attentive staff. Plenty of hot or cold food to choose from, and coffee machines that actually work!This was an excellent choice of hotel in Berlin, all the staff were very efficient and friendly. It was a pleasure staying here.The lift was being replaced during our stay, but it didn't really affect us too much, even though we were on the third floor. It will be an asset once it's finished.

L'hotel perfetto a Berlino!La camera era accogliente, spaziosa, calda e molto ben pulita. Durante il nostro soggiorno l'ascensore era fuori uso per installarne uno nuovo, quindi per rimediare al disagio la struttura ha effettuato un upgrade della mia camera da premium a deluxe. Inoltre su ogni piano erano sempre a disposizione gratuitamente acqua, bevande e snack. La reception sempre a disposizione. Camera ben pulita ogni giorno. Posizione centrale a due passi da metro, autobus eS-bahn.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is located right in the city center, which made getting around extremely convenient.The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable.The staff were exceptionally polite, helpful and always available whenever we needed assistance.The breakfast was delicious and well organized, with a great variety of options. I would especially like to highlight the breakfast supervisor, Yasar Acar, who was absolutely amazing—attentive, professional, and made every morning a pleasure.I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!!!

Séjour de 4 nuits à l’Alexander Plaza au mois de janvier.Le personnel est des plus agréable, c’est un plaisir.Les chambres sont très agréables et l’emplacement de l’hôtel est top pour visiter la ville.On regrette juste que le petit déjeuner soit le même tous les jours, il parait plus diversifié sur les photos (cependant les produits sont de qualité).Nous reviendrons certainement une autre fois, au printemps …

Wir waren das erste Mal im Classik Hotel Alexander Platz und es war bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal. Wir waren vom Service, der durchgängig hervorragend, freundlich und Kundenorientiert war, wie dem Zimmer und der Lage begeistert. Auch unser Hund wurde freundlichst begrüßt und hat es genossen. Das Hotel wird zwar gerade noch renoviert, jedoch wird den Gästen der Umbau sehr angenehm gemacht. Vielen Dank.

Wir haben während der Weihnachtszeit hier übernachtet. Das Hotel war sehr ruhig und die zentrale Lage hat uns sehr entspannt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten konnten wir problemlos zu Fuß oder mit der Bahn erreichen. Unser Zimmer hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht, und insgesamt war das Hotel sehr komfortabel. Die Lobby ist stilvoll eingerichtet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Rezeption – das Personal war wirklich sehr hilfsbereit. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden. Außerdem habe ich etwas im Hotel vergessen, habe sofort Kontakt aufgenommen, und das Hotel hat mir die Sachen sehr schnell zugeschickt. Dafür möchte ich mich noch einmal herzlich bedanken. Wenn wir wieder nach Berlin kommen, wissen wir bereits, wo wir übernachten werden ☘️💐🌺❤️

Wir haben da mit Baby übernachtet, alles war gut.Das Personal hat beim Check in vergessen das Babybett ins Zimmer zu stellen, es musste dann nachträglich gemacht werden.Und die Fenster waren undicht, dadurch hat sich Leichter Schimmel gebildet vorallem im Bad, außerdem war es ziemlich frisch im Zimmer durch die undichten Fenster

This is a great hotel in a super location. We were a bit unsure of our situation at first, but once we got our bearings we realised that we had picked the perfect spot to stay. The staff were friendly. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Its very easy to get to from the airport and public transport is on your doorstep. There are lots of restaurants, bars and shops beside it in Hackersher markt. We also got it for a great price. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent, a short stroll to Alexanderplaz. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. As we arrived in pretty early in the morning, they offered to store our luggage’s without a problem. The room is a good size and clean, but the shower space is limited. Breakfast had a wide range of choices, the service was incredibly friendly. We felt just like having a relaxing breakfast at home.Merry Christmas to you all.

We had a fabulous stay at the Classik Hotel Alexander Plaza, from the front counter experience, right through to the room. It was also perfectly located and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do in Berlin. Furthermore, it is an easy train trip from and to the Hauptbahnhof, and an easy bus ride to East Side Gallery. Everything else, we walked to! The best part of our stay at the Classik Hotel Alexander Plaza was the Kyrgyzstani barman who was so welcoming, friendly and attentive. He mixed us some fabulous drinks which we enjoyed with tasty barsnacks, and he was so genuine in his engagement with us as guests such that we immensely enjoyed chatting with him. What a highlight!

We had a wonderful stay at Classik Hotel Alexander Plaza. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent, which was perfect for getting around and exploring the city. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection, and it was made even better by Yasar, who greeted us so warmly each morning. He was incredibly friendly and attentive and really made us feel special. His service truly stood out and added a personal touch to our stay. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt mit super Zimmer Blick auf den Fernsehturm. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schöne große Zimmer. Kleiner Tipp bei uns im Zimmer waren leider sehr viele Flecken auf der Gardine die könnte man entfernen ansonsten würden wir wieder kommen.

We stayed at the Classik Alexander Berlin hotel for three nights in one of their suites, and the experience was excellent. The location, close to Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt, was ideal for exploring the city and accessing key attractions.The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was of a high standard, offering a wide selection and was regularly replenished.There is a small charge of 11 euros to use the sauna.I would highly recommend this hotel, particularly the suites, to anyone visiting Berlin.

Perfect location for a visit to Berlin, 5 minutes walk from an S and a U station, direct link to main railway station and Berlin airport (35 mins). Plenty of cafes restaurants in the area. Upgraded to a prestige room and was totally worth it. Staff very friendly and helpful, nice bar area, would recommend.

Had another fabulous stay at this hotel. I stayed in suite 306 and this room is truly wonderful, very spacious and luxurious. My son stayed in a deluxe double room the first room was too hot so on the second night they moved him to another room which was perfect. The hotel is very well located for all the sights at Museum Island and the surrounding area. There are also lots of good restaurants in the area and is near to the train station to go to other areas like Potsdam to see the Palaces. This hotel is well worth staying at for a city break to Berlin.

Im Gegensatz zu manchen älteren negativen Rezensionen hatten wir keinerlei Probleme, alles lief reibungslos und top.Lage: Unsere Traumlage! In der ruhigen, charmanten Rosenstraße mitten in Mitte, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Alexanderplatz, Hackeschen Markt, Museumsinsel, Humboldt Forum und Nikolaiviertel. Alles super erreichbar, fast ohne ÖPNV. Direkt nebenan oder um die Ecke praktische Geschäfte wie DM und Rewe – ideal für spontane Einkäufe. Zentral, lebendig und abends trotzdem ruhig!Zimmer & Komfort: Das Zimmer war blitzsauber, mit einem wunderschön modernen Bad (große Regendusche, alles top gepflegt und hygienisch). Die Betten sind der Hammer – extrem bequem, beste Matratze und Kissen ever! Ich übernachte beruflich regelmäßig in Berlin und habe schon viele Hotels durch. Das Alexander Plaza ist das, in das ich immer wieder gerne zurückkehre.Der Hauptgrund: Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, und das ist nicht einfach so dahergesagt. Man merkt, dass hier Gastfreundschaft gelebt wird. Das Frühstück hat eine angenehm entspannte Atmosphäre, der Küchenchef ist stets präsent und achtet darauf, dass alles stimmt. Dazu die Lage direkt an den Hackeschen Höfen, die für mich wirklich unschlagbar ist. Die Zimmer sind zeitgemäß und sauber.Ist alles perfekt? Nein. Aber das muss es für meinen Geschmack auch nicht. Das Hotel hat Stil, Niveau und punktet in allem, was wirklich zählt.

Harika bir lokasyon. Heryere yürüme ve toplu taşıma kullanma imkanı var. Alışveriş mekanları, restaurant ve müzelere ulaşım çok kolay. Otel temiz, odalar gayet yeterli, temiz, hergün temizlik yapılıyor. Yerlerin halı olmaması ve tavan yüksekliği çok iyi. Biz kahvaltı almadık, hergün başka yerde kahvaltı imkanı var, ama kahvaltısı da yeterli görünüyordu. Bir daha gelirsek kesinlikle kalacağımız ve soranlara tavsiye edeceğimiz bir otel. Tek sıkıntı internet bağlantısı hiç olmadı çalışmıyor kaldığımız süre boyunca neredeyse hiç kullanamadık. Umarım bu konuyu çözerler

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im Alexanderplaza sehr genossen. Angefangen bei den freundlichen und äußerst hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern, über das hübsche Zimmer mit bequemem Bett, das mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man sich für einen entspannten Aufenthalt wünscht. Das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen, genau so wie die Bar 🙂 Hervorzuheben ist die tolle Auswahl an absolut köstlichem glutenfreien Brot und veganen Aufstrichen. Die Lage ist perfekt und auch wenn der BVG einmal streikt, super angebunden.

Buonissima struttura, camera spaziosa, pulita, moderna, confortevole, con frigo bar, bollitore. Grande vetrata sulla strada che illumina la stanza, buona schermatura con tenda per la notte. Bagno ben attrezzato con asciugacapelli, set cortesia e ampia doccia. Presente anche una piccola spa con sauna e bagno turco. Disponibile posteggio coperto. Excellent check in service, with sparkling wine for good measure! Rooms very clean and spacious, good choice of coffee/tea and well stocked mini bar, reasonable prices (although we didn't use the mini bar) Nice clean modern bathroom, with good water pressure from the shower.Breakfast very good, with very friendly and attentive staff. Plenty of hot or cold food to choose from, and coffee machines that actually work!This was an excellent choice of hotel in Berlin, all the staff were very efficient and friendly. It was a pleasure staying here.The lift was being replaced during our stay, but it didn't really affect us too much, even though we were on the third floor. It will be an asset once it's finished.

Durante il nostro soggiorno l'ascensore era fuori uso per installarne uno nuovo, quindi per rimediare al disagio la struttura ha effettuato un upgrade della mia camera da premium a deluxe. Inoltre su ogni piano erano sempre a disposizione gratuitamente acqua, bevande e snack. La reception sempre a disposizione. Camera ben pulita ogni giorno. Posizione centrale a due passi da metro, autobus eS-bahn.

Wir haben während der Weihnachtszeit hier übernachtet. Das Hotel war sehr ruhig und die zentrale Lage hat uns sehr entspannt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten konnten wir problemlos zu Fuß oder mit der Bahn erreichen. Unser Zimmer hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht, und insgesamt war das Hotel sehr komfortabel. Die Lobby ist stilvoll eingerichtet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Rezeption – das Personal war wirklich sehr hilfsbereit. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden. Außerdem habe ich etwas im Hotel vergessen, habe sofort Kontakt aufgenommen, und das Hotel hat mir die Sachen sehr schnell zugeschickt. Dafür möchte ich mich noch einmal herzlich bedanken. Wenn wir wieder nach Berlin kommen, wissen wir bereits, wo wir übernachten werden ☘️💐🌺❤️

Wir haben da mit Baby übernachtet, alles war gut.Das Personal hat beim Check in vergessen das Babybett ins Zimmer zu stellen, es musste dann nachträglich gemacht werden.Und die Fenster waren undicht, dadurch hat sich Leichter Schimmel gebildet vorallem im Bad, außerdem war es ziemlich frisch im Zimmer durch die undichten Fenster

This is a great hotel in a super location. We were a bit unsure of our situation at first, but once we got our bearings we realised that we had picked the perfect spot to stay. The staff were friendly. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Its very easy to get to from the airport and public transport is on your doorstep. There are lots of restaurants, bars and shops beside it in Hackersher markt. We also got it for a great price. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent, a short stroll to Alexanderplaz. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. As we arrived in pretty early in the morning, they offered to store our luggage’s without a problem. The room is a good size and clean, but the shower space is limited. Breakfast had a wide range of choices, the service was incredibly friendly. We felt just like having a relaxing breakfast at home.Merry Christmas to you all.

We had a fabulous stay at the Classik Hotel Alexander Plaza, from the front counter experience, right through to the room. It was also perfectly located and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do in Berlin. Furthermore, it is an easy train trip from and to the Hauptbahnhof, and an easy bus ride to East Side Gallery. Everything else, we walked to! The best part of our stay at the Classik Hotel Alexander Plaza was the Kyrgyzstani barman who was so welcoming, friendly and attentive. He mixed us some fabulous drinks which we enjoyed with tasty barsnacks, and he was so genuine in his engagement with us as guests such that we immensely enjoyed chatting with him. What a highlight!

We really enjoyed our two night stay just before Christmas. Nice large , clean room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a large range of choices.

We had a wonderful stay at Classik Hotel Alexander Plaza. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent, which was perfect for getting around and exploring the city. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection, and it was made even better by Yasar, who greeted us so warmly each morning. He was incredibly friendly and attentive and really made us feel special. His service truly stood out and added a personal touch to our stay. Highly recommended!

- We stayed at the Classik Alexander Berlin hotel for three nights in one of their suites, and the experience was excellent. The location, close to Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt, was ideal for exploring the city and accessing key attractions.The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay.
