The man behind Restaurant Augustin, Eric Werner is a truly passionate chef who loves his craft. Since 2011 he has received numerous accolades in the Michelin and Gault Millau guides. In 2019 he opened his restaurant astrein in Cologne. It was an immediate success and received its first Michelin star less than a year after opening.
