My name is Ayman Moneim. I have been the general manager of the Classik Hotel Martinshof in Munich since 1 December 2023.

In 1997, I graduated with honours from the University for Tourism and Hotel Management. In 1996, I received a scholarship from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management in the fields of tourism, marketing and psychology. Since then I have been working in the hotel industry.

I began my career as a front office agent at Steigenberger and by 2011 had worked my way up to my first position as general manager.

I enjoy coming to work at the Classik Hotel Martinshof each morning because I look forward to seeing my second family.

No matter how long you work in the hotel industry, your job is always changing, you meet new people, and you keep learning.

In my opinion, the best managers support their team and know how to lead in good times and in bad. They are strong communicators, help their team understand their goals and motivate them to improve their performance.
