The 14 m² Classik single rooms in the guest house offers compact accommodation a short walk from Messe München.
The rooms are suitable for solo travellers, business trips and trade fair visitors. Along with a 120 x 200 cm bed, they are equipped with free WiFi, a flatscreen TV, a desk, seating, a tea and coffee station, and a small fridge.

CLASSIK® DOUBLE ROOM
in the Guest House

The 14 m² Classik double rooms in the guest house are very flexible. They are suitable for couples who prefer a 160 x 200 cm queen-sized bed, or for guests who require separate beds. The rooms can be arranged as a twin, with two 80 x 200 cm beds, making them especially practical for trade fair booth builders, tradespeople and bus tour groups.
These rooms are suitable for allergy sufferers and offer seating, free WiFi, a flatscreen TV, a desk, a tea and coffee station, and a small fridge.

COMFORT ROOM
in the Guest House – Comfortable Accommodation Close to Messe München

The 14-to-18 m² comfort rooms in the guest house ensure a comfortable stay. They are suitable for couples, families with two children, business travellers and trade fair visitors, with space for up to three adults. The rooms are furnished with two 80 x 200 cm beds or a 160 x 200 cm double bed, free WiFi, a flatscreen TV, a desk, seating, a tea and coffee station and a small fridge. A 140/160 x 200 cm sofa bed or an additional 80 x 180 cm bed are also available, depending on the number of guests.

The premium single rooms in the traditional main building of the Martinshof combine a rustic atmosphere with modern furnishings. The 14-20 m² rooms offer comfortable accommodation for solo and business travellers. They are equipped with a 100 x 200 cm bed, air conditioning, seating, a desk, free WiFi, a flatscreen TV, a tea and coffee station and a small fridge.

PREMIUM DOUBLE ROOM
Stylish Ambiance and Modern Comfort

The air-conditioned 14-20 m² premium rooms in the main building combine modern amenities with historic character. They are suitable for two guests, with a 2 x 90 x 200 cm or 160 x 200 cm double bed, seating, free WiFi, a flatscreen TV, a desk, a tea and coffee station, a small fridge and, in some cases, a bath. Additional 80 x 180 cm beds are available.

APARTMENTS
for Trade Fair Visits, Families and Long Stays

These 35-37 m² apartments offer more space for longer stays, families, trade fair visitors and guests that require additional comfort. A separate living area, a kitchenette with a table and chairs, and beds for up to four people offer cosy surroundings close to Messe München.
They also have free WiFi, a flatscreen TV, a desk, a tea and coffee station and a small fridge. A 2 x 100 x 200 cm double bed and a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed ensure a good night’s sleep.
