We guarantee the lowest available rate for your chosen room when you book direct. When you book with us, we don’t pay a commission to a booking website, so we can pass the savings on to you. It’s very unlikely, but if you find a better price for the dates of your stay elsewhere, send us a screen shot and we’ll match the offered rate and give you an additional 5% discount.
2. Change of plans? No problem!
We understand that your travel plans can change. That’s why we offer especially lenient cancellation conditions on direct bookings. We also guarantee the greatest possible flexibility, even when you change your booking at short notice. You can amend each booking once without charge (please note that the room rate for the new date may be higher). Booking websites often have very strict rules and offer few practical solutions.

We want you to make the most of your time at the hotel, and in your room. That’s why we let customers who book direct request an earlier check-in or later check-out (subject to availability).
