A hotel professional to his core, Paul Dreykluft has rapidly reached new heights in his career. Before he joined the Classik Hotel Collection he managed a group of 11 hotels with considerable turnover, taking a holistic approach to hotel operations and asset management.
This experienced industry specialist has professionalised the collection, laying the foundations for future growth.
He is convinced that a business cannot succeed without a sense of purpose and fairness.
Simone Graebner
Managing Director, Classik Hotel Collection GmbH
Simone Graebner is an entrepreneur with considerable experience in the fields of real estate management and health. In 2017 she took over responsibility for the family-run Classik Hotel Collection. Drawing on her knowledge from the property sector, she has restructured and renovated the collection’s existing hotels, which she lovingly describes as jewels.
Together with a strong team, she has led the company through a process of change management characterised by empathy and respect, managed its generational transition and strengthened it for further expansion.
Simone Graeber’s core values are integrity and fairness. Her mission is holistic sustainability: she knows you cannot thrive without ecological awareness, economic responsibility and great people.
