Our website gives users the opportunity to use social media buttons. To protect your data we have implemented a solution called Shariff. Google Plus/Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway – Mountain View – CA 94043 – USA)

Use of Google Maps

This website uses Google maps to provide directions. That involves accessing the respective program libraries and/or map data from Google’s servers. Please note that this involves using Google’s external servers in the USA. We do not currently known whether Google records such server requests. We assume that Google’s data protection notices apply in this regard. Your IP address is certainly recorded for a period of several months. The same also applies to JavaScript elements used for the purposes of browser compatibility (e.g. with IE9), which may be loaded from Google servers.

Please see Google Maps’ terms of service for further details. Full information is available from the data protection center at google.de: transparency and options, along with data protection policies.

Google Webfonts

This website uses external fonts from Google Fonts. Google Fonts is a service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). These web fonts are generally loaded from a server owned by Google in the USA. That transfers information about the pages you have visited to the server. The IP address of the browser used by the end-user device to access the web pages is also saved by Google. Further information is included in Google’s data protection notice, which can be accessed here: https://www.google.com/fonts#AboutPlace:about, https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

The cookie is saved for 90 days from the time you last used the application. You can deactivate the saving of cookies in your browser’s settings. However, the chat function cannot be used without cookies.

Recipient / provision of data

We do not generally provide data you disclose to us to third parties. In particular, your data is not provided to third parties for their advertising purposes.

In the case of a request for access to personal data that is not submitted in writing, we ask for your understanding that, where applicable, we may request proof that you are the person you claim to be.

You also have the right to the rectification or erasure of personal data, or to restrict processing, insofar as provided for by law.

Finally, you have the right to object to processing as provided for by law.

The data protection regulations also grant the right of data portability.

If you have any questions about your rights or exercising your rights, please contact the individual responsible or our data protection officer.

Deletion of data

We generally delete personal data when there is no longer any requirement to save it. Such a requirement may, in particular, exist if the data is needed to fulfil a contractual obligation, to investigate claims under warranties and, where applicable, guarantees, and to accept or reject such claims. In the case of statutory retention obligations, data is not deleted until after the expiry of the retention obligation.

Information security

We use technical and organizational security measures pursuant to Article 32 GDPR to protect personal data managed by us from accidental or intentional manipulation, loss or destruction, and from access by unauthorised individuals. Our security measures are continually improved in line with technological development. Access is restricted to a few authorised individuals with special data protection obligations, who are engaged in the technical, administrative or editorial management of data.

However, we would like to take this opportunity to highlight the general dangers involved in using the internet, over which we have no control. Particularly in the case of communication by e-mail, data is not secure unless prior precautions are taken, and may be accessed by third parties.
